It's unknown what the seeds would have grown into if planted. While the package states that the seeds "were specially selected from the TORTURE GARDEN," there was no actual "garden" in the film!
This little oddity is an actual packet of plant seeds, presumably given away as a promotional item in connection with showings of the Bloch-scripted film Torture Garden.
